What Kmath Is

Kmath finds the exact math your child is stuck on, and fixes it.

Kmath is a math program for families in the United States. It is not a chat bot. It is not just worksheets. It is not a tutoring center you drive to. It finds the one thing your child got confused about, fixes it on paper week by week, and then checks that it really is fixed.

Why we built it

When a child has trouble in math, almost nobody finds the real reason. The report card says "below grade level." A tutoring center says "we will work on fractions." An app just gives more questions. None of them say what your child actually got wrong in their head. So the problem never goes away. It follows your child into the next grade.

Math builds on itself. A skill your child missed in 4th grade is what makes 7th grade math feel impossible. We look for that first missing piece and fix it there.

How Kmath works, step by step

1

First, we test to find the real problem

Your child takes the DCAR. That is our math test, 21 questions long. It is built so that each wrong answer tells us the exact mistake your child is making, and what grade it started in. Then you get two reports. One is written for you, in plain words. One is written for your child's teacher. Both come in your language.

2

Every week, we send a lesson you print

Each week we build a new lesson packet just for your child. Part of it fixes the gaps we found. Part of it matches what the class is doing right now. Part of it shows next week's work early, so your child walks in already knowing it. You print it at home. Your child works on paper, with a pencil.

3

You get a guide that tells you what to say

Every packet comes with a short guide for you, in your language. It tells you what the lesson is doing, what to say, and what to ask your child. You do not need to remember the math yourself. That is our job.

4

We check during the week, and again every month

A few times a week your child answers a short set of questions. That tells us if the lesson worked. If something did not stick, we send extra help in minutes. Often we go back to the easier skill underneath it. Every 4 weeks your child takes the full test again. We only call a gap fixed when the test proves it.

Your child never chats with a bot

People get this wrong about us, so we want to be clear. Nothing your child gets is made up on the spot. Every lesson, every question, and every parent guide is built and checked long before it reaches your child. We save it. Then we pick the right pieces for your child based on the test.

Your child is not talking to a bot. There is nothing to type to. Nothing gets made up. There is a packet of paper on your table, and a guide that shows you how to help.

Not just online. Not a center. Something different.

Most families try to put us in one of two boxes. We do not fit either one.

A tutoring center gives you a plan and someone watching your child. But you drive there twice a week, you pay for that building, and they teach from their own list, not your child's real class.

An app is easy because it is always there. But it only makes questions easier or harder. It never finds out what your child is confused about. And it all happens on a screen.

Kmath gives you what you actually wanted from the center. At your own kitchen table. On paper. In your language. No driving, and no appointment.

Who Kmath is for

Kmath is for families in the United States with children in grades K through 12. It follows what your child is learning in their American school. We built it for parents who were never given a straight answer about what is really wrong.

You get everything in your own language. English, Spanish, French, Haitian Creole, or Brazilian Portuguese. That means the reports, the parent guide, the emails, and the website. Not just the questions.

Common questions

Is Kmath an AI chat bot?

No. Your child never chats with a bot. People write and check everything first. Then we pick the right pieces for your child based on their test. Your child works on paper, not with a bot.

Are you the same as kmath.app?

No. We are two different companies. Our website is kmathapp.com. Theirs is kmath.app. The names look almost the same, so people mix us up a lot.

Here is the difference. We are in the United States. We follow American school math, we send you paper lessons in the mail-ready packet you print at home, and we write to you in your language. kmath.app is made by a company called ClassCube Co., Ltd. in Seoul, Korea. They teach the Korean school math program, and they do it with AI inside chat apps. We are not connected to them in any way.

Is Kmath an app or a tutoring center?

Neither one. There is nothing to drive to and no appointment to book. But it is also not a game on a screen. Your child's lesson gets printed on paper each week.

Do I need a tutor for this to work?

No. The parent guide is written so any grown-up at home can run the week, even if you do not remember the math yourself.

Do I need to be good at math?

No. The guide tells you what to say and what to ask. If your child gets stuck, the next lesson fixes it. You do not have to teach.

Start with the diagnostic. It tells you exactly what is missing, and the grade it started in.
