The DCAR is not refundable once payment is made. Payment starts the assessment. The same applies to the monthly subscription: once a billing cycle starts, that month is not refundable. You can cancel before your next billing date to stop future charges, but the current cycle is not refunded because your child's roadmap, reports, and lessons for that period are already prepared and delivered.

The more your family needs, the more the system does. A child with more gaps, a more intensive schedule, IEP accommodations, or additional family features requires more from the program. $299.99 is the floor. Your exact amount reflects what your family selected during the intake interview.

No. The full 21-question DCAR reassessment every four weeks is included in your subscription. It replaces that week's regular check-in. No new payment, no extra session. The same assessment that cost $69 the first time runs again every month as part of your plan.

Kmath is a 12-month program. The plan is built for 12 months because that is how long real progress takes. Cancelling early means leaving before the work is done and your child will lose ground on gaps that were closing. If you need a break, use the pause feature. A pause holds your child's data and roadmap for up to 30 days at no charge. If you do cancel and return within 30 days, you pick up where you left off. After 30 days away, a new $69 DCAR is required because your child's data is no longer current.

Each child is a separate enrollment with their own $69 DCAR and their own personalized plan and monthly amount. Siblings do not share a plan. Their gaps, roadmaps, and monthly amounts are set independently.
